Standing alongside the now dried-up Holsworthy-to-Bude canal, with much history associated with it, this beautiful stone barn has been converted into 2 luxuriously appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday cottages. They stand in 1.5 tranquil acres less than a mile from the ancient port town of Holsworthy.

Swallows Nest is the slightly larger of the two, sleeping up to 8 plus infant in 1 double, 1 twin and large family bedroom with 1 double, 2 single beds and a cot. Upstairs bathroom, downstairs shower room. Hot tub. (Click on the link below for details of Swifts Barn).

Deceptively spacious with vaulted ceilings, galleried landing & floor to ceiling windows, the open plan lounge area in Swallows Nest offers ample comfy leather seating complete with 40' Flat screen freeview TV & DVD player. The dining area has a large wooden table and chairs, and leads on to the open plan kitchen, which has everything you could possibly need including a dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside, each cottage has a private garden with furniture and BBQs. Swallows Nest has a hot tub on the decking, with great views. There is an extra charge of £50 p/w for use of the hot tub, but this is optional.
